New Site Offers Free Web-based Programming Instruction Taught by Experts; Course Topics Include Java, C++ and Programming in C for MacOS and Windows
AUSTIN, Texas - January 5, 2000 - Metrowerks launches CodeWarriorU.com, the first web site to offer a full suite of free, online programming courses taught by expert instructors and geared toward developers of all skill levels.
The site, located at www.codewarrioru.com, opened for registration January 5, 2000.
Initial course offerings include introductory courses on Java and C++.
Advanced courses on these topics will be offered in the future, as well as courses on programming for embedded systems.
Courses begin February 2 and last six to eight weeks.
