AppletFile
AppletFile is designed to improve the process of exchanging files between a Web client and server using standard Web protocols like RFC 1867.

Quite a programming feat, and a real showcase of using sprites, Cliffie is one of the slickest games on the JavaBoutique.

Cornholio

particleTree
This applet demonstrates how recursion and randomness can simulate natural patterns such as the branches of a tree or the paths of particulates in the air. A good applet to study for beginning programmers.

PatternSimulator
A simple aircraft runway approach simulation, with source included.

PhantomScroll
This horizontal scroller creates a ghosting effect with text. It can be controlled with javascript, and the source is included and well documented.

PictureGame
A game to help kids with spelling. Identify the image, enter its name by clicking the appropriate letters, and click the "Done" button.

ping2
A simple 2-player version of the classic Pong game with source included.

PopupNavigator
This is what a lot of you have been waiting for! A free, easy-to use, fast, space-saving pop-up navigation applet. And the source is included!

RatInMaze
The challenge of the free RatInMaze game is to help the rat out of the maze, of course. The rat is hungry and responds to the cheese you leave for it, so keep the rat alive by feeding him with the cheese as you lead him out of the maze.

Running Rainbow
Free, very configurable animated rainbow banner with source included.

ShapesApplet
A simple applet to illustrate multithreaded programming. It consists of shapes, each running in its own thread that ebb and flow at different rates.

Tower
Towers of Hanoi--a puzzle that involves transferring blocks from one spot to another. Source included.

Treasure
The object of this game is to bring all the treasures to the starting point while visiting all the locations in the smallest number of moves. You will need to defeat the monsters guarding the treasures with weapons you collect.

Wastem
Shoot the clay pigeons (red balls). Keep your score above the target score and you advance to the next level. Source included!
