PMVR
Jerry Jongerius has created a really useful applet with his Poor Man's Virtual Reality. PMVR is a panoramic (360°) image viewer. Unlike other similar viewers, it uses Java and requires no plugin.

TopMenu
Second week in a row for Koen de Vries!! TopMenu is a slick little animated menu applet. Very configurable, only 8kb of class files, and free! It can be used in a left-hand frame as in the author's example, or to load new windows as in our example.
