    Param Name ="font" VALUE -> name#type#size of font
    Param Name ="SELECTED_TEXT_COLOR" VALUE -> backcolor like "FFFFFF"
    Param Name ="TEXT_COLOR" VALUE -> forecolor like "000000"
    Param Name ="UP_DOWN_COLOR" VALUE -> 0-text    1-graphical
    Param Name ="LINE_COLOR"VALUE -> 0-text    1-graphical
    Param Name ="BACKGROUND_FILE" VALUE -> optional- name of background picture file
    Param Name ="BACKGROUND_COLOR"VALUE -> 0-text    1-graphical
    Param Name ="m0" VALUE -> name, name of paren if exists, status bar message, url, target frame, icon index
        (may be m0,m1,m2 ...)
    Param Name ="i0" VALUE -> icon file
        (may be i0,i1,i2 ...)
        (always, 0 is open, 1 is close icon (a menu item with zero icon index is assumed as parent menu item))
           (if you wish to open initially some folders, you should set the icon 1(open folder) instead of 0 (close folder))
    Param Name ="regcode"VALUE -> registry code
