TalkImageApplet
TalkImage is a small applet that animates cartoon-style word bubbles
over an image. Specific phrases, as well as most operational aspects can be configured using parameters. TalkImage has been tested in NN 3.0, NN 4.05-4.08, NN 4.5-51, and MSIE 4.0-01, and is free for general use.
How To Use: Download talkImageApplet.zip and unzip it within your HTML directory.
