Usage: Place SineText.class within your HTML directory.

Parameters:

Text - The text to display.
Rate - The number of full periods in the applet's frame.
Font - The font: Helvetica (default), TimesRoman or Courier.
FontSize - Font size
TextStyle - Plain, bold--default or italic.
Speed - Scroll speed 1-10. 5 is default.
Direction - Direction of scroll. Left (default) or Right.
Traveling - Does the wave travel? Yes or No. No is default.
MouseClick - Does a mouseclick change the direction of scrolling? Yes (default) or No.
Background - Background color. 000000 is default.
ForeGround - Text color.
