Fading Images 2 SE Applet Parameters.

startupcolor Specifies the background color while the first image is loading. Specify the red, green and blue intensities separated by commas and no spaces. "0,0,0" - "255,255,255" "102,192,215" "255,255,255"
textcolor Specifies the loading message's color. Specify the red, green and blue intensities separated by commas and no spaces. "0,0,0" - "255,255,255" "248,20,10" "0,0,0"
loadingmessage Text displayed while the first image loads. Any text "Loading Image..." " "
imageX The image's file name to be displayed in the sequence. X is the position in the sequence where that image will be displayed. I.e. image1 will be the first image in the sequence and image2 will be the second image and so on. If the image's width and height is not equal to the applet's width and height then the image will be resized before being displayed. Images must be in Jpeg or Gif format. Tip: You can put your images in a subdirectory to make file management easier. E.g. If your image myImage.jpg was in a subdirectory named Images then the value to get this image will be "Images/myImage.jpg". Any text "myImage.gif" No Default Image
link The hyperlink to another web page or file. The hyperlink applies to all the images in the sequence. A relative hyperlink can be expressed with a ./ in front. E.g. "./myNewPage.htm" Any text "http://www.theapplets.co.uk" No Hyperlink
time The time in milliseconds to display an image before it fades out. The time applies to all the images in the sequence. "0" - "300000" "3000" "0"


Common Problems
1. The parameters names and values are case sensitive. All parameter names should be in lower case.

2. A common reason why images are not loaded into the applet is if the image name is in capital letters and you have used lowercase letters in the parameter value. It is recommended that you should change the image name into lowercase letters.
