The Zaval Java Resource Editor is a small, easy-to-use
visual editor for resource files. The files produced by this tool are fully
compatible with ResourceBundle expectations. The JRC-Editor is a pure java
application and has been tested on Win, Unix, Linux and Mac platforms.

Unzip with a
compression utility.
