Animated Tree Control 4.0

Your browser does not support Java.

A small size, robust tree view applet. Uses XML well formed document for tree structure description. Allows separate icons for different tree items, background image and smooth animated branch collapsing and expanding.

Author's Notes:
The version 4.0 of Animated Tree Control is an efficient implementation of a tree control based on Java and XML technologies. During the development of this product we have concentrated on two aspects: excellent performance characteristics even for large data sets and small file size in the context that the tree control is highly customizable and has a diversified functionality.

  • expand, collapse and reload methods callable from client scripts.
  • "load on demand" and "cache" functionality for folders.
  • tree items can be selected programmatically
  • support for extremely large datasets ( > 100, 000 items)
  • "single opened folder" functionality
  • hidden root element
  • configurable vertical alignment
  • colored items
  • static background
